When is a media plan more than just Gross Rating Points and budget
figures? When it's in the capable hands of Pepper Carter. When planning
media strategies for clients, Pepper wants to make sure that it isn't just
another cookie cutter media plan. She strives to bring the client new ideas
and creative uses of the media to ensure that our clients get the biggest
bang for every buck. When buying for a client, Pepper is not afraid to
negotiate and get the most out of every dollar placed. She prides herself
on being tough without forsaking her gentle Southern manners.
Pepper brings 16 years of industry experience to the table. She graduated in
1994 from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in psychology.
Her background in psychology has proven beneficial in studying and
understanding consumer behavior in terms of media usage habits. She has
applied this understanding while working on a variety of accounts including
The Regional Medical Center of Acadiana, Baptist Health Systems, Garden
Park Medical Center, Forrest General Hospital, Hancock Bank, Sandestin
Golf and Beach Resort, American Hawaii Cruise Lines, Savannah Convention
and Visitors Bureau, and The Delta Queen Steamboat Company. Pepper has
also had several years of experience working on a variety of accounts that
range from having a financial focus to accounts with a heavy retail background,
such as automotive and department stores.
