A Tradition of Loyalty
Traditions, a provider of individually packaged frozen and shelf-stable meals, was looking for a way to more effectively sell their services in a cost-effective manner to audiences of senior nutritionists, dieticians and government entities.  While printed materials proved useful in top-lining products and services, Traditions needed a venue by which they could talk more specifically to the needs of a highly targeted audience.  Once customers were sold, they were proven to be extremely loyal.

ACTION:  GodwinGroup’s recommendation was to create a dynamic and informative Web site that would allow Traditions to speak directly to their target – not only to promote products and services, but to allow room for case studies and testimonials.  With word of mouth being the most important influence, the Web site took an aggressive stance toward positioning the company as a “solutions” provider in the ready- and emergency-meal categories.

REACTION:  Traditions reported a marked increase in visitation to their Web site, which in turn expanded exposure to senior associations via referrals.
